About Dr. Kamiesha

Welcome! I am Dr. Kamiesha EdD, an experienced early childhood educator, consultant, and advocate. With a professional journey spanning over 26 years, I have dedicated my career to fostering quality early education and supporting the social emotional health of infants and young children.

I hold a doctorate in educational and professional practice, a master's degree in curriculum and instruction, a master's degree in early childhood education, and a bachelor's degree in business administration. My extensive background includes roles as a teacher, director/owner, quality rating issuance systems coach, higher education instructor, and advocate for inclusive and culturally responsive teaching practices.

I am passionate about promoting Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) and anti-bias education. My mission is to empower educators and families to create nurturing, inclusive environments where every child can thrive.
